Thrills and chills of a new young, sexy indie series

This is my first post on a brand new blog for a brand new indie ebook line of sexy romantic fiction for college-age+ women.

They call this piece of the publishing pie New Adult. Say what?

Frankly, if I were one, I wouldn't want to be called one. Sheesh! Where the #!%!#% do publishers get these !%$!@% titles. Same thing with Young Adult for teen readers.

It's all divvied up by ages, too, with kids reading up, as in middle-schoolers reading books aimed at high schoolers and high schoolers reading books aimed at college-agers, etc.

I say, find books you love and @#%@#%$ read them, no matter who they're aimed at.

I write hot, fun romances that readers and critics say are fresh, realistic and fast-paced reads. That's my plan. And I'm 30 days from my first release, tentatively titled IN TOO DEEP. It's about a girl, a swimming pool and a hot-as-blazes builder. Think skinny-dipping and toolbelts. Need I say more?

I can't. I feel squirmy. Time to write another love scene. Ahhh...
